Women, children and youth bear a disproportionate burden of the social crisis who constitute 70 to 80 per cent of all displaced Africans. Each member will be exposed to technological advancements, economic and environmental processes, with the goal of preparing all members for positive social interaction and reaction to change that is necessary for competing in the 21st century and beyond.
